To the young blonde girl who works the drive thru window with absolutely zero hospitality skills:
From one hospitality professional to another, when you show up to give us our pre-frozen, microwaved breakfast items more than ten minutes after we ordered them, offering absolutely no apologies for the delay, but asking me if I wanted napkins for which I answered "Yes" the correct answer to that is not "You're WELCOME" in a snotty attitude. The napkins should have been included by default. And when you returned with said napkins, saying You're WELCOME in an even louder and with an even more caddy attitude, before slamming the window shut while I said absolutely nothing, I assure you this was also the wrong take. This place needs serious re-training. Or at least you need to look inward.
I don't know who reads these reviews but I sincerely hope you do. This is not the kind of service anyone that works in hospitality should aspire to. Read moreI placed a Mobile order to this Starbucks as my bus was coming to the stop and it said that the drink would be ready at a time that was before my bus would be departing from the station. 5 minutes after the time my app said my drink would be ready I politely asked the barista if she knew how long it would be and I was told quite rudely “it’ll be a few minutes we’re really busy”. Another 5 minutes went by and my bus was trying to leave, so myself and 3 other parties on my bus who were in the same boat had to leave without receiving our drinks at all. Over 20 minutes after we had placed the order in the mobile app. All while watching people order at the counter, receive their drinks, and leave. When I called the store for a refund (since I didn’t receive my drink) I was hung up on. Truly upsetting as I am a frequent Starbucks consumer. Read moreGreat service been stopping in for the past few months of it opening and customer service on the midday crew and evening crew has improved by a long shot I’ve noticed that some of the trouble makers are no longer there and I believe that was a great decision on the management team. This week has been a really great week the opening supervisor which I later learned was the General Manager has been super kind and treats her coworkers with respect. And the closing female supervisor has such a great personality. The only problem I’ve noticed during the morning shift is that the short girl with kinda wavy hair has an attitude problem and is consistently on her phone.
