Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Man I wasn’t sure if I walked into a coffee/donut shop or a freaking war zone. At first I thought maybe a customer was making a scene but I quickly realized it was actually the employees screaming their heads off at each other. Couldn’t follow what caused it, seemed like some personal issues but there was some sort of assistant manager on premise who took like 5 minutes to finally get the screaming banshee employees into the back room. One of them was talking about calling her dad to come beat up the other employee, and then she had the audacity to address us customers just tryna get some breakfast in peace and told us to call and complain??? Meanwhile the only two poor employees not making a scene and trying to do their job were stuck trying to manage way too much up front. I live close by to this location which is the only reason I stopped in (and for the first time) but I will never go there again holy cow what a horror show, never had an experience at any fast food place like that and I’ve been in some sketchy/ghetto...

Probably the best Dunkin I have been too. Great consistent service, everything is always hot and fresh - friendly crew. I almost always see someone cleaning the floor, tables, parking lot or windows .. very nice place. 3-4 Booths as well as soft chairs. I just wish they would change the TV station sometimes. MS-NBC gets old and that's all that's ever on. How about Fox News or CSPAN or anything. Variety would be nice on the TV. Overall this store is awesome. At first glance you might think it has a small parking lot, but look behind the building and you'll see tons of great parking. Outside tables - nice landscaping. This Dunkin is located near a college, a hospital and a busy medical center and gets tons of customers. The lines go pretty fast, but i suggest you order on the app. I've been to dozens of Dunking Donuts and this location is the best and most efficiently run. They close at 9PM and I wish they would stay open later.

Donuts okay but service sucks. The cash register is not where the donuts are displayed so I went over to the donuts. There were absolutely no customers waiting to order but a number of staff were working. They saw me come in but I stood there by the donuts for quite some time. Finally I went over to ask for help. They said I had to order at the register. I said I wanted to order my donuts so I could see what I wanted. So I went back and assumed they would come over. I waited and was totally ignored for quite some time again. I went back and was told I had to pay at the register first. I wasn’t sure how many donuts I wanted but decided I would only get a couple since the staff was being rude and unfriendly. I paid and they finally came to take my order. I will never go back there. The manager and staff were not friendly nor accommodating. I’m used to ordering my donuts and then paying. Because of my preference I was ignored until I was ready to comply with their rules....
