Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of New Hartford

Dunkin deserves ZERO stars, ruined this entire order, everything was ruined because it was covered in spilled coffee. These new coffee cups are horrendous, the caps never fit properly, the coffee cap pops off much to easily. Its difficult to sip coffee thru the opening because the tab will not stay closed.. I will attach pics, my hash browns were sitting in coffee, they were all soggy & just gross. My pepper bacon sandwiches were also covered in coffee, the wrapper on the everything bagel was completely drenched in coffee. Same with the 2nd sandwich, which was sent on a plain bagel, I requested a croissant. They did not tell driver that im aware of. instead sending whatever they chose, since I ordered one sandwich on a everything bagel, it would make sense to pick an everything bagel over plain?? My donuts were smashed into the bag, so almost all of the topping was on the bag.. just a complete failure on dunkins part. The driver could have caused the coffee to spill, but if the lids fit properly this shouldn't happen. Do better both of you!

11/25/23 This review really is against door dash not dunkin. My order was made as requested almost.. But unfortunately delivery by Richard ( smelled of cigarettes) was horrendous, I cannot find any were to leave reviews on door dashes service!!

1- Richard the door dasher delivered another order b4 mine, I'm less than 5 minutes from dunkin on a busy traffic day, only .08 mile, yet it took 11 minutes!

2- my bag with sandwiches was ripped open, like that doesn't happen by accident!! It was not tore at seam were dunkin seals it. Dasher had to of grabbed bag & ripped it from middle on purpose, these bags do not just rip! Why do this, did he mess with my food??? Very suspicious , both of my sandwiches were missing the egg, yeah im not eating these sandwiches now, how disgusting this dasher is.... 👀 🤔

3- My 2nd bag had my drinks, bag unopened, but once i opened bag, the drinks were uncapped & spilled all over inside of bag. Like dasher just threw the bag, knocking caps off.... I've never had this happen in all the years I've ordered delivery. This seems purposeful to me 🤨

Terrible service, dasher just threw the bags around with no regard for customer or contents. I'm sorry I gave him such a good tip. This was not dunkins fault in my opinion, but a careless, stinking of...

This morning I sat in line inside for 10 minutes with one person in front of me just getting a coffee. The woman behind the counter was moving as if she couldn’t care less about her job. Slow, no expression, no greeting. Took me 5 minutes to get a coffee after waiting the 10. This woman was literally moving so slow I almost walked out. By the time I ordered there were 6 more people in line. I believe it was the manager who tried to get help to the front by yelling “we need help up here”, but to no avail. So for her effort, I give it a two star rating rather than 1. This seems to be a problem at many of the stores in the area. So, get employees who want to work, or get managers who are willing to light fires under their employees when they stop caring. If they can’t, then fire them. Then I went to leave a review by scanning the QR code on the door. In that, it asks you for your store number which is either on the door or the receipt. I didn’t get the number from the door (why would I, you would think the code would have it linked, but I can take responsibility for not getting it) and realized that I wasn’t given a receipt when I got to my destination. The line for the drive through was out to Burrstone Rd with cars waiting in traffic. Even after my 15 minutes inside, the cars had only moved 1 or 2 spots ahead in line. I as I am sure it is with others frequent these places to be in and out. When you deal with employees who could care less and show it blatantly, I hurts the store. Not that one person matters, but I will think twice about visiting any Dunkin...

Not that I have any problems with ex-convicts who have served long prison sentences making my coffee, anyone can make a DD quality coffee. It's the fact that I heard what they served for, then followed up and did some research. This branch has at least one child molester in their employ near my old middle/high school!! Notre Dame Jr./Sr. High School If you're a parent. I urge you to write and complain to this store!

Chris Koor (the pedophile) I'm talking girls and/or young children under the ages on fifteen. As low as possibly under twelve - thirteen years of age while he was over or close to the age of thirty years old. Chris Koor is the guy who raped these children. You can look it up if you don't believe this post. A simple follow up Google search will yield multiple convictions of rape of minors etc.

After reading another review on here I nearly puked when I found this out. My guy friends bff worked there for like five years and then quit. After the "pedo-rapist" fiasco. lmfao

P. S. I read on a review on this, that worker/manager brags about his time in prison to employees and even customers!! I mean, how could a chain as big as this not do a check? Shame on u DD! You should be more than ashamed of...
