I am a Mexican. My mother is from Jalisco. I have tried Mexican food from France to Japan and most places in between (yes, California, Mexico, and Texas too).
This is place serves among the best Mexican dishes. The fish burrito is sumptuous and flavorful. The chips and salsa are tasty. My wife loves the quesadillas.

The tacos are outstanding, the fire roasted tomatillo salsa is out of this world, and the people who run it are so kind and generous. Take the opportunity and get the cecina tacos and give yourself a generous portion of the red salsa on top. Your mouth will be on fire but you'll love every minute. The rice has a lot of flavor and isn't dry like some others in the area and the beans, you can tell, are definitely homemade. Go support...
Read moreThis place is the best. Real tacos. As good as LA. A good serving of meat in the tacos. Home made tortillas. Real refried beans. A little expensive (tacos would be a dollar cheaper in LA, it was 8 bucks for a side of beans and rice), but honestly, it will be difficult to find a better taco in the Hudson Valley. Staff was kind and attentive.
