Nice and big- Don't go when school's out then there's tons of pre adolescent teens talking about absolutely nothing loudly and consuming caffeine- joy. Starbucks has become a mere rest stop of pedestrians to stop and get some air conditioning or blow up the bathrooms.. Starbucks needs to bring back the Coffee Connoisseur program - they don't even offer to french press or make you feel special like they did in the past. The employees had no communication between them. I ordered a drink, they gave me a iced version. When I specified that i wanted hot, there was no issue, but other employees kept trying to give me the iced version while the original barista made my new drink. Another woman recieved a smaller size than what she wanted, making a normal wait even longer as the store started to get busier. There was only one other table occupied with three people in the place. And this was the loudest coffee shop I've been to in a very long time. I had to really focus to hear what my friend, across the small table for two, was saying. This was due to a combination of poor inside design and a large staff behind the counter who were loudly communicating constantly, the loud machines making drinks (for the drive through).
