Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Town of North Greenbush

We had a very bad experience dining in at this Chili’s. Despite the restaurant being mostly empty it still took us 5 minutes of waiting to even be acknowledged and then it took a bit longer for us to be seated. Once we were seated we were given time to look over the menu but our waitress was chatting with her friends and took quite a while to come over. After we ordered we were given our drinks and appetizer. Both of our glasses were filthy and had floating debris in our water. Despite this we weren’t able to send our drinks back until our food came because our waitress was no where to be seen. Once our food was given to us, we had to ask for silverware because none was given to us. We had to ask the lady who brought us our food, who was delivering food to other tables, for dipping sauce because again our waitress wasn’t available. Our food was only okay and was very overpriced for what we received. My quesadilla was mostly empty so unfortunately part of my meal wasn’t even edible. Our waitress stopped by our table and I believe she asked us how things were. I asked her to repeat herself because I didn’t hear exactly what she said and she responded with “Great, if you need anything else just ask.” Again, she immediately left and went to sit down with her friends. At this point we had poor service, mediocre food and just wanted to leave. Despite this we still had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friends before we were able to check out and leave. If you’re a college student, don’t come here. Had a terrible experience last weekend. I’m a college student and came in with a group of friends after a long week of finals to celebrate. All of us are 21, more than half of our group was 22. We order our drinks with our server and because we all have IDs from different states they need to run them, which is totally fine. They come back and tell us that some of our IDs are FAKE or they can’t serve because some of our IDs are still vertical, or they didn’t have the REALID star on it. We ask if they can scan them or to check again because they are all very real and they said “all IDs scan” and refused to scan them and that it’s up to the bartenders judgement. After some reasonable back and forth with our server (simply asking if like we should get new IDs because we’ve never heard any of the laws they’re citing) the bartender come over yelling that she doesn’t want to get arrested and it’s not her fault. AND it turns out a group of our friends were at another table AT THE SAME TIME and they got served even with some having vertical IDs and IDs with no realID star. Zero cooperation and rude attitude from bartender when we simply asked them to elaborate on why our IDs were being called fake. Bartender clearly doesn’t know how to tell real IDs apart from fake ones so I’d skip the risk and hassle and just go to the Applebees down the road, better prices, better service, and they...

This has to be the worst Chili's in the franchise, The only reason we went back to this horrible restaurant, was because the first time we went there,we had a bad experience with service and food. I had contacted Chili's corporate via there website, in which they responded with sending a gift card, and there apologies, to please try this restaurant again, so we waited about 2 months time and reluctantly went back to this location, and once again, a total disappointment. I had ordered one of there new burgers, and specifically asked to have it cooked well done, because on the previous visit burger was practically raw inside, and there menu states all there burgers are cooked medium well, and they never ask how you want it cooked as all other restaurants do,so I specifically asked! Food came out quickly, and burger was black on the outside, and raw on the inside again, and my wife's order was wrong, server comes to check on us and when I showed the raw hamburger her jaw just dropped and her response was "oh that's gross" , so out comes manager all apologies, at that point we got up and left, I don't believe it's Chili's restaurant issue I think it is this location is poorly staffed and just...
