I went there today and while I did have a slight hiccup with my order in the drive through. It was very busy so I went inside. Upon entering I noticed there was a woman working might be a manager she wore a different shirt so I am assuming. She dropped what she was doing and greeted me right away. She was the only woman who appeared to be on shift at the time. Her disposition was excellent she smiled with her eyes. She handled herself like a champion. Furthermore she didn't yell at the staff she didn't miss a beat and she didn't interrupt the flow of the drive through. She went and made my sandwich correctly and quickly. Which frankly was shocking this isn't how I see fast food joints work very often. So I was pleasantly surprised to see such a grace in this kind of place. She should be rewarded her attitude and ability shines through her work. She's definitely being under utilized in this location (personal oppinons) she should be training all staff. She did something I don't see many people do, and that's restoring order in during chaos. She's a real problem solver and champion. Let me be clear I don't know her or even know her name but I read people. Her actions stated just this, " I care about serving people food that they will enjoy I take my time and do it right". Read moreSo first off, the service was on point!!! The man working the window has THE best energy I’ve seen yet anywhere! He was just so upbeat, friendly and took time to chat which was nice! I did complain about the other local Wendy’s about how my order is always wrong so I never go there anymore. Honestly I stopped going to any Wendy’s for that reason. But I was hungry tonight so figured I’d go to the newer location. Simple order, 2 biggie bags and 10pc nugget. I asked to PLEASE make sure there’s no onion or pickle on the burgers. One burger was perfect the other had both onions and pickles. Not to mention for 18 chicken nuggets I only got one sauce and it was the wrong one. I’m good on Wendy’s altogether and will not be a customer any more. No matter which location I go to it’s always wrong. I figured I didn’t have to check the bag this time because he was so on point with everything else. Very very disappointing!!!! But I do wish that young man all the best and hope he makes it far in his career life!

I took some time off from visiting them, but this location is convenient to where I live, work, and shop so after some time I gave them another go. The location has improved tremendously since my initial review. I've grabbed takeout here twice in the past week, and both times the staff were excellent, the food was made quickly, and the orders were accurate including customizations. Tonight, one of my containers of chili was leaking so I asked for a plastic bag to put it in, but the young lady helping me insisted on repackaging it because she said she didn't want me to lose all my chili. I appreciated her extra effort. Kudos to the current staff, you guys are doing a great job!
