• AVOID AT ALL COST * TWO HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES! The first bad experience was when I placed a delivery and the delivery man rang my door bell - 1 minute went by and the delivery man started aggressively banging on my window with his fist - I answered the door and made it clear to him you had no business banging on anyone’s window - I called the restaurant and explained to them what happen and THEY FOUND IT HILARIOUS & LAUGHED IT OFF - right then and there I should have never gave them business ever again. Keep in mind the portions are minimal along with NO FORTUNE COOKIES & SIDE SAUCES! They serve you bare minimum!

The second horrible experience was when my wife places an order and they delivered the completely wrong order and took absolutely no accountability for their error! They didn’t even want to rectify the screw up by bringing us the correct order - THEY ARGUED WITH MU WIFE & INSISTED they didn’t mess up - keep in mind we always generously tip the delivery man - they were unwilling to provide customer services.

I run a family owned company as most Chinese restaurants are, the fact that these ungrateful selfish inconsiderate business operation is in a beautiful community such as Albertson and Williston is a disgrace! WE ORDER FROM “HAPPY GARDEN CHINESE RESTAURANT” & THEY ARE GENEROUS & 1000000 times better tasting than Hong Kong Chineses Restaurant. STAND CLEAR OF THESE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PENNY...

I haven’t ordered here in a long while but tried it again today. I made s big mistake trying to order online so they had to fix it…(I ordered an egg roll instead of a wonton soup) but they were very nice & understanding & fixed it for me, so credit for that. Unfortunately I ordered a sesame chicken dish & after the first bite I retched! It tasted like it was soaked in a vat of bleach or chlorine. I suppose it’s to make old chicken kill some harmful bacteria & pass for “edible”. I took one more bite hoping I was crazy but I wasn’t crazy. Now it’s at the bottom of my garbage can. Yes i could have gone back & complained but I’m just tired of wasting time & money. My wife had spare ribs that were “meh”, but the fried rice was good enough. Terrible. I ordered food and it never came. I called to ask progress. No one answered. Then I ordered from another place. I called Hong Kong from a friends phone and LISA answered. Food came from that other better place before Hong Kong kitchens food came. When Hong Kong’s food came I refused it. It was only then that the owner started answering the phone calls. She obviously has caller ID, as she answered when I called from a friends phone. this has happened to friends of mine as well. The owner, LISA, is just aweful. When things go wrong she ignores phone calls from customers. Please boycott this place. LISA has a terrible attitude and forces her kids to work at this place. Just not cool.
