Stopped in with my coworker to get coffee. We went in the store. There was no line. We stood there for a minimum of 15 minutes w/ zero acknowledgement by any of the staff, even though there were plenty of staff buzzing around and even one was at the register messing with the money but shut the drawer and walked away from us. Finally, one of the women (she looked possibly Spanish and had long dark hair) making drinks comes over and asks if we've been helped. We said "No." She then turned to a coworker and asked if there was money in the register and her coworker told her "No." I then became unhinged and said, "This is ridiculous, we'll go through the drive thru," and we walked out. As we were walking out the Spanish looking girl yelled at us that they are short staffed and to be patient. At least acknowledge your customers, instead of just blatantly ignoring them. This has happened to me MULTIPLE times at this location. The staff is incredibly rude and needs training on acceptable customer service/interaction. Another time I went and ordered a hot Mocha latte...I took my latte and left only to discover down the road they have me an absolutely disgusting putrid smelling concoction that looked like spinach soup. 𤎠My guess is that the owner and management just do not care about anything other than your money. Customers keep returning and the errors keep piling up daily, sooo...đ¤ˇââď¸ GO TO DEJA BREW - THEY ARE SOOOO MUCH BETTER AND MAKE YOUR COFFEE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY WILL BE REOPENING ON SOUTH BROAD STREET IN ABOUT 2-WEEKS....I think I will make my coffee at home...

The manager even put the money in the register while I was still standing there waiting. This went on for 15 minutes before anyone asked if we had been helped.
