Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Norwich

The food taste good but service was terrible. Took a long time to have our order taken. Crazy amount of time to fill the order. No one checked on us. We were delivered a basket of bread sticks. It had 5 pieces. My friend ordered 10 pcs. When asked we were told she only ordered one. My son spilled his drink and my husband had to go to the counter to tell them. The waitress brought him out a handful of napkins and asked if it was enough? Started to leave and Doug caught her and asked for a new drink. She left expecting him to clean the spill on the floor. Took the family last night for dinner (6:30pm). When parking the car, there was a terrible smell of sewage that lingered inside the building as well. Once inside there was nobody in the dining area, but the tables still were dirty and sticky. The salad bar was very much unappealing by the area cleanliness and freshness of ingredients. The menu had been photo copied and was barely legible with no prices on anything other than cheese pizza (other items did have prices). When I asked the server the price of something, it was double what it would have been if we just ordered takeout or delivery.
