New China House — Restaurant in Town of Orangetown

I went there this afternoon for lunch. The bill was $6.50 and I paid with a $20 bill. I was the only one in the restaurant and the lady behind the counter gave $3.50 back as change. When I questioned her she said that I gave her a $10. That she can not remember that there was too many people there at the time. I am fuming and I told her if she needed it that bad and wanted to be a thief that she could keep it. After trying the food it was disgusting. So needless to say I spent $16.50 on crap. I will never go again and I made sure that everyone in my company throw their menu away and not go there. She was rude to a customer as I was walking in, nasty on the phone with another customer and a thief.

Think twice before...

First time ordering from here , horrible experience. Called & asked for sesame chicken with Pork fried rice. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a small or a large , Once it arrived here, I got a huge plate of sesame chicken and a small side of pork fried rice Which I Was completely upset about because I hate to waste food . I called and spoke to a manager about why their Receptionist didn’t take my order correctly, His response was their default is a large, and you have to request a small plate 😳🙄 . The food on top of that tasted horrible with no flavoring Which makes this all even worse . Never again ! Horrible...

I visited this Chinese restaurant today and upon entering the young man at the register greeted me with a smile . He was so kind and patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted to eat .

He was willing to explain what each meal was composed of without giving me any attitude. I was so pleased with his kindness that I was happy to spend my money in the restaurant.

I ordered like 4 meals and all of the food was prepared from scratch . It took a bit of time for my meals to be prepared but the wait was worth it .
