Well, shame on me for going back another time expecting different results. I never complain but last time to.Leos West seneca we ordered 100 wings, a sheet pizza ,fry, stuffed peppers along with an assortment of other apps and drinks for a table of 5. Wings came out cold , when I mentioned this it was I don't know why as our server said she brought them out when she received them. No mention of dropping another 100 or even a small discount. Okay while we were fans of Leo's in general we ate some and took the remainder home . Fast forward to tonight. 50 wings, large cheese and pep, frys and a calzone with stuffed peppers. Frys came first with wings within seconds, next approximately 5 mins later pizza and calzone. We noticed immediately the wings were flavorfull but cold. When the server returned to ask how it was I explained they were cold alo ng with the frys, and how this happened just a few months ago as well. Immediately she offered to get the manager. When he arrived he couldn't understand why they were cold but did offer to remake them with a grimacing face as in its my fault not theirs. I said no thank you as we had been waiting almost 50 mins as it was . He offered to buy me a beer ( thank you) but that was it. The bill arrives as expected no money or offer of it being discounted for our inconvenience . Ok whatever , then the last straw. The calzone was made completely wrong. The waitress said ill brb, and returned with an offer to remake it . That was going to take 15 mins. I stated I had been there to long already. The bill once again with 50 cold wings, cold fry and a wrong calzone was full tilt. If I waited for all of my 116 dollars worth of food to be made properly it would have tagged on an additional 35 mins of waiting. Why is Leo's pizza right and the paying consumer wrong. Shame on me forever thinking it would be like it was pre covid let alone better a few months after my last disappointment of a cold meal. Never again shame...
Read moreI used to LOVE this place. First time I ordered their food was amazing. We recently ordered from here the other day. My mom and I ordered fries shaken in garlic parm. When I got my fries, they were CLEARLY left in the frier way too long. With my experience working at several pizzerias, I know this for a fact. Also, my mom's fries were perfectly done, which shows me that mine were just forgotten about. I also ordered a half bbq chicken fingers sub, with only blue cheese. All of the blue cheese was slopped on one side of the bread, meanwhile, my fingers were hardly shaken in any bbq sauce. Soggy, and horrible sub. My mom ordered the sweet and sour chicken fingers. They were burned to a crisp.
And to put the icing on the cake here, when my mom called back to ask them to shake our fries in garlic parm the girl on the phone was completely rude, informing my mom that 'they don't do that' when in fact we have ordered them shaken that way for a very long time.
I'm not completely sure if there is new management here, or if the employees just don't care in the least about customer service. They have raised their prices outrageously as well, which is also a big turn off.
All in all, I won't be going back to Leo's to order food.
It's the lack of motivation, the laziness in how food is prepared, and the overall rude customer service that did it for me. 2 stars was being...
Read moreI will go to Leo’s and I will pay for my food in cash and ask for a receipt back and explain to the manager on site that this will never happen again to me because I will never return to their place of business. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Leos and the service years ago. There was six of us out to dinner we gave her a $45 tip. She came back and says is this it I never ate inside again.I placed an order at the bar had a drink paid my bill received my food. I went home. I get home half. My food is not here. I don’t live around the corner. It’s a 20 minute ride for me. I used to like Leos. They will never get my business again. I returned to the bar. The manager knew I was coming. He tried to speak to me on the way there I was so upset I couldn’t even continue the conversation I get to the bar. I request the manager. He comes out with my food. I tell him I want my $10 tip back which I’ve never in my life asked for, but I feel they did not deserve a tip in any shape or form. He has my receipt and it shows I did not give a tip. I said that wrong I gave a tip I gave a $10 tip on my card manager still getting upset because I raised my voice. I decided to leave. I’m going to attempt to stop payment on that transaction tomorrow morning at 9 AM once the transaction...
