F.Diamond restaurant & lounge — Restaurant in Town of Ossining

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Diamond Restaurant & Lounge. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for something special. The complimentary salsa and chips were hands down the best I’ve ever had – fresh, flavorful, with delicious chunks of tomato that set the tone for the meal.

I ordered the Diamond Burger and it was absolutely sumptuous — juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. My wife had the Chicken Caesar Wrap, which was just as delicious. We also got a Salad with Grilled Chicken to go, and even that exceeded expectations. Every single dish was fresh and prepared with care.

Our waitress, Rebecca, made the experience even better. She was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Service like that makes all the difference.

Decided to finally give this place a try and stopped in for an early dinner (5pm on Saturday evening). We were greeted with a smile at the door. Place was very airy, spacious, and clean. Nice bar area as well. We were treated to complimentary chips and salsa, which tasted great. Decent cocktail / wine / beer menu. Wish they had some draft beers to choose from....maybe Captain Lawrence and Sam Adam's seasonal beers could be a start. Everything was bottled and just your basic beer choices. I ended up going with a Stella. My wife had a classic mojito...which was good. For the appetizer, went with the cheese empanadas. Good size and tasted fine. Me and my husband stopped in here for dinner, and we left satisfied. We ordered fried calamari and coconut shrimp rice, and it was absolutely delicious. We also got a pitcher of red sangria, and once again chef's kiss. Even the chips and salsa they gave us when we sat down was yummy; in fact, we thought the salsa was homemade. It does have a sports bar vibe, and the food is worth it! We had such a good time; we can't wait to go back! Update: We have since gone back and the food is still amazing.
