McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Ovid

Slowest service in history. 5+ minutes for a large order of fries. That's it. Line of cars around the entire bank half of the building and line to the convenient store inside. And the girl getting the food insisting on getting everything on an order, in order - i.e. 2 big mac meals and she had to get one big mac, then one i.e of fries, wait for the cashier to get the drink, then the next big mac and next order of fries, then wait for the drink. Then snapping at customers who are complaining about waiting for something simple they ordered - i.e. an order of fries- because "I have to do everything in order!!!". Piece of advice - get all the fries for an order at once instead of one specific meal at a time. THEN MAYBE YOU WON'T HAVE 50 LITTLE WAITING FOR FOOD OR TO ORDER!!!! And STOP SALTING THE FRIES EVERYTIME YOU FILL A FRY CONTAINER!!!! There wasn't even new fries, it was just adding salt to already salted fries, many times over. After all that wait- THE FRIES WERE SMOTHERED IN SALT!!!! And the creepy employee standing there with a mop and freakishly watching people order and insisting on getting their napkins and straws for them, looking like you were gonna assault them if they didn't take your napkins. Then talking to herself while hovering behind you. NEVER AGAIN...

It took 20 minutes to get out order. Staff was to busy talking to each other. Staff was dirty, shower an of the clock employee to go behind the counter and put her order into the computer and pay for her food, all because the on duty empire was too busy chatting with the empire at the window too go do her job. She told the of duty employee is she wanted to for get on her station and do it her self she started she was too tired and lazy to walk over their and do it. I find this Mc Donald's to be very uncleanly, put service, long wait and when you ask for your drink s whole you are sitting at the window for over 10 minutes they tell you they will get them in a moment that they are busy. I could clearly hear them taking about a bar the counter employee had been to the night before. This is very unprofessional and...

My father and I went to the Ovid,NY location and made our order thru the drive-thru got to the window and paid for our under 20.00 food, my dad still has a cold meaning an almost non existant voice and had to speak up.. they said that he was screaming he was NOT .. the order was SUPPOSED to be for 2 sausage mcmuffins, 1 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffin, 2 hash browns and our drinks..the order they put in was for 3 sausage , egg and cheese mcmuffins, 2 hash browns and our drinks.. we have had MISSING ITEMS way too often from this place and NOW we are BANNED from that location. ( I USED to work there and it was NOT like that ) I have spent on a few occasions close to 100.00 and this is how they treat their customers,...
