First time I ordered food, the supreme burrito was sloppy and more closely resembled a soup wrapped in a tortilla, with hardly any meat and and missing the paid additional ingredients. They also gave us the wrong tacos with our combos. Some positives were the quesadilla was amazingly prepared and was nice and hot, and the Baja was fresh. We had to wait over an hour in the drive thru, plus they almost didn't give us all our drinks, and tried to argue about it. As it was over an hour wait, I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt due to it being opening day, but we ordered food from door dash this time and it was better but also had issues. The biggest thing was the Breakfast burrito had ingredients in it that we removed, and was hardly filled. On the other hand, the coffee was good, and had plenty of flavor. The food did get to us in a very timely manner, so our wait time had greatly improved. This is only twice we've eaten here, so I've kept it at 3 for now. Read moreI was really excited to try this new Taco Bell location, but my first experience was incredibly disappointing. I waited over 45 minutes for just 2 simple items, and during that entire time, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. Several employees were just standing around, talking, and ignoring the line of people waiting for their food. No one communicated what was going on, apologized for the long wait, or seemed in any hurry to make orders.
For a brand-new restaurant, you’d expect better service, organization, and customer care. Instead, it felt like nobody wanted to be there or take responsibility for the delay. The lack of professionalism and effort was shocking—especially for a newly opened location that should be trying to make a good impression.

As a kicker I placed a mobile order and after the first 15 minutes they marked it as ready. Now I can't receive a refund. They wouldn't even let me cancel my order since they already marked it as ready. After the first hour I asked where I was in the order lineup, the worker told me they were tired of people asking. Restaurant had over 14 people inside waiting, most have been there at least an hour. It was so bad that people were walking in to order and everyone was warning them not to. The worker at the register was telling people it's only a 20min wait. 5 people walked out before even ordering. Manager is totally inept and unfit to run a lemonaid stand let alone a Taco Bell.
