Going during school hours isn't ideal, children (HS students) pay no mind to lines forming behind them while they laugh, joke around/ flirt with the staff. Personally I was not amused. The tables were full but thats not their fault as it's during school hours it's always been that way. My family has been coming here for as long as I remember and I'm 39. (First time going inside in over 15 years geez I'm old oh that reminds me "stay off my lawn you stupid kids"
There was a time I started going to seaford out of convenience after I graduated. I went back after it turned into bagel boss and just like any place there's pros and cons.
Expensive (however to be fair 2024 everything was crazy Expensive. Grab a few items from stop and shop and it's $40.
I ordered an egg sandwich 2 scrambled eggs light, with bacon crispy, and cheese on a roll (amazing as always as is one of the highlights ever since I can recall, apparently even if it changed names) though it is expensive. A few times I ordered delivery and the sandwhich, a bagel with reg cc, small oj, coffee, 2 chocolate cigars and an apple turnover I kid you not was 50+ after fees, tax, fees again lol, and a tip (uber eats after the first couple times they got skimpy with the cc and bacon although that was during that egg situation, sick chickens or whatev, where a dozen was like 8 or something like that in super markets. That was only a couple dollars diff in the end). Was a bit cheaper when I ordered delivery from them directly.not much mind you but I'll take what I can get. So to order breakfast for 2 people with a drink ea. and pastry ea. And an extra cookie for my niece it's gonna cost like 50 unless you go in then like 40 but you will not be amused with the crowd of inconsiderate teenagers.
Food is really good though I can't deny that. Black and white cookie used to be a bit better but still pretty good. Brownie is over the top it's like you get a bar of fudge and a equal amount of brownie turned into a tasty chocolate brick. And sometimes with m&m's
P.S. does everyone dye their hair? I gotta look into investing into the hair dye companies. Hope I'm not too late. I thought that ended after eminem proof of my age lol. But no insults intended we all made regrettable choices in teens not to say all are bad now or then.
I do appologise for all the fluff hope...
Read moreSadly, I didn’t have such a great experience. I ordered several things, one of which, including the hot chocolate was simply brown water. I made a complaint asked for replacement/refund I was told no it was prepared correctly 🤦🏽♀️ I’m assuming that the worker who prepared the “hot chocolate” at that location was not paying attention to the fact that the machine that they use clearly didn’t have any type of hot chocolate powder or whatever they use in it. Very disappointing to sip brown water when expecting hot chocolate… I also ordered a coffee which, for whatever reason seeing to taste like coffee, but it was disappointing too. I felt like I got robbed as I moved on to the breakfast burrito and that also was uneventful and bland. The only other item I didn’t get a try was for a coworker so I cannot attest to the quality of the turkey bacon veggie cream bagel. I did order via Uber eats unfortunately on a cold workday near Tobay Beach so that made the situation even more disheartening as there’s not much else in the area to consider.. just wish I would’ve tried the other bagel shop. I don’t know wth or wth I didn’t get a refund but clearly someone needs to do a quality control check especially on the machines ( and honestly, I’m not even sure if they’re using machines but it’s just an assumption because how could one not see or mixup hot chocolate that turns out to be nothing but hot water and freaking remnants of the...

Seaford Bagels 1 mile west on south side of Merrick Road near Bethpage Federal Credit Union $16.80 for 18 bagels Everyday (0.93 per bagel)
I have lived my entire life in Massapequa. This bagel location has gone through so many owner changes through the decades. The reason being every owner charges too much and doesn’t learn from the previous owner. They only survive for a while on ripping off the Massapequa High School students during lunchtime. But that only last for so long.
Set your price for a dozen bagels (0.93/bagel) competitively to Seaford bagels and maybe your weekend lines will wrap around the building like Seaford Bagel. Until then, I will continue to see many Massapequans on line at Seaford bagel. When you do, put a big sign in the window and I will happily give you another try.
We are not looking for a “deal”. Just looking for competitive pricing on the days of the week (weekends) when most working people are buying a...
