Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

So I get off work at 10pm and drive to this carvel because is says it closed at 10:30pm, I get there at 10:24 to see about 6 people behind the counter I try to enter, and the doors are closed and all 6 people look at me and one guy gives me a hand gesture saying no they are closed which to me is bad business I had 6 mins and all I wanted was some ice-cream sandwiches out the freezer which would've taken less than 2 mins to ring up but apparently they were more concerned about just hanging and chatting for the last 6 mins instead of doing thier jobs I saw them turn off the lights and leave one by one at 10:30pm.... this I why I stick to my ice-cream shop I normally go to because they actually live up to their closing time this is false advertisement let your customers know u close 6 mins before closing time if that is the case because I'm very upset wasted my time and gas and they could've helped me but...

This is my favorite location because I always get the freshest desserts here. No other location leaves me feeling 100% satisfied like here. I went in today because I needed a cake with writing for my sons 1st birthday. Let me tell you....whoever his name was that wrote on my cake did an AMAZING job! I mean BEYOND AMAZING! I came in somewhere from 12-1pm so whoever that is that you so much. I saw a quick glance and said thank you so much but once I got back to my car I really looked and I was so happy. I seen someone else mentioned his handwriting on here so I’m not crazy after all lol. I posted on my fb page and everyone is complimenting the job he did. I’ve been getting ice cream here for years and today I experienced the worst service in a while. I entered around 9:30 and the worker serving me (only female on shift) was more interested in cleaning far before close than helping customers. She had a scowl on her face and kept rolling her eyes. She asked for all of the orders at once instead of doing one at a time and then proceeded to rush completing them, giving very small portions, and getting the orders wrong.
