Mama Lino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Mama Lino's is the only reason I made it through the pandemic. Everything I have ordered from them far exceeded my expectations in quality, freshness, and value on every beat. The only issues I ever had were with the food delivery app, and never the restaurant. Trust me they deliver better than any of the apps, just call them. Their salads are fresh and well made with satisfying portions and good variety. Their pizzas are amazing, this goes without saying, and again that same perfectly chewy/crunchy dough used in their garlic knots and zeppolis.

I really can't get over the texture of this dough, no joke I can just order a soup and a double garlic knot and that's a good dinner for a man with far too much appetite.

Their menu is no joke huge! They literally need separate sections for Pastas and Baked Pastas otherwise it would be too much to scroll through.

I have never had a late order, and out of maybe 25 there was only 1 mixup between garlic knots and stuffed garlic knots and they had already sent out a guy with the correction (despite it only being a little tray of 4 garlic knots) before we even realized they were missing.

I love this place, their food is amazing and their people are even moreso. Mama Lino's, if you live near them there is literally no reason to order a slice from anywhere else.

This was my first time ordering Pizza from here and it took over an hour for delivery; i had called after an hour and 15 minutes to find out whats going on and a very rude gentleman answered the phone wouldn't even let me speak then put me on hold while i was mid sentence when he took me off hold and he informed me it would be only 2 more minutes until my delivery would arrive so i responded with ok thats fine but please tell the driver not to bring me cold pizza. When the food arrived moments later my pizza was completely cold. I had to microwave it and to be honest this was the most disgusting pizza ive ever had!! Literally tastes like cardboard!! Ill never buy food from this establishment again the service was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the food...

ordered 2 pies along with other food...spent $65 for. Food was for a birthday party at a hotel we were having for my niece. The pies were obviously dropped by the delivery guy...because when I opened them they were ruined. Cheese was off, and pieces were squished to side of box. Delivery guy was suppose to come back with plates he forgot in car. He never came back. He apparently knew what ge had done. When i called to inform them, I was told they need the old pies returned so the chef could see them. The kids were starving and now forced to wait another hour to eat.
