Extreme disrespect from 2 of the workers. They forgot my chicken on 2 paninis. I called right away to explain what happened because I understand mistakes happen but would like a refund. Dave said he"ll take care of my order next time. I came in a week later and Dave was "on his lunch break" so an older woman and another man working there said they would do it. We ordered & told them the 2 sandwhiches we wanted(which were the same price as the ones they messed up). They said ok well do it. 5 minutes later they said we cant do it Dave said he never forgot your chicken. Comical. I left because the woman was extremely argumenitive and I do not like to argue with others. I called when i left and spoke with a cash register employee who said she will pass my name and # to her boss. Well see what happens. Truly an unnesary situation.
So i got a call back and apparently the owner, LEE, "doesnt not believe" there was no chicken on the sandwhiches. She didnt even have the decency to call me herself, and would not get on the phone. She had a worker call me to explain this. So sad this is the "OWNER" of a buisness that clearly is not doing well for themselves because they cannot make up for their mistakes. STAY...

Tonight I I called at 6:45 yes i know you close at 7:00 i in fact was across the street at TD Bank i wanted to order 1 Sandwich and was told that not recommended to order a sandwich as they were starting to close up. I am sorry, I have worked in restaurant situations for over 20 years in the past, and yes, it sucks when a table for four comes in 10 minutes before closing time, but we would never turn that table away, and from the weight staff to the cooks to the bus boys, all are expected to give the same service to that cable as we would give to a table that walked in a half hour after opening. The young lady who answered the phone wouldn’t even take my order, I do hope that a manager or owner see this and wonder why 15 minutes before closing they would turn a customer away. If this is store policy, why have a closing time at all why not just close when you feel like it., Or just let people you want to come in enter. Read moreI ordered a hot roasted turkey for this Thanksgiving. I ordered one between 14-16 pounds and paid $108.00 for it . When I got it home and looked at it, it seemed quite small. I then weighed it on a food scale, in its aluminum pan wrapped with three layers of aluminum foil. The whole thing, with pan and wrappings weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. I was very upset and called Fireside. I was directed to the Manager who said that it loses weight during cooking. No turkey loses 50% of its weight during cooking. She offered no solution or compensation or apology for this. I am no fool. I have cooked turkey before and it never lost 50% of its raw weight during cooking. I then decided to call back to speak to the owner. Of course, there was no owner there on site. So I am stuck with a turkey weighing less than 8 lbs. after paying for one that should weigh at least 10-12 lbs. after cooking. I feel that I was scammed...
