PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD or potentially be S.O.L. - Problems with food each time we've ordered over these past couple weeks. Called restaurant after picking up our order to let them know there was an issue; each time the employee that fielded my call seemed a tad comically invested + determined in not-addressing such simple fixes. "You've paid for it already," seems like their threshold for willingness to correct a mistake. The food is great but when you order the specials it’s not the same the Heroes are half full basically you get half there is no cheese on the parmigiana hero’s and it’s like 11/2 in each side of the hero that’s empty if you don’t want to have specials then don’t I’ve had the food there before with out the coupon and it’s much better that’s why I went there tonight but this will be last time when you have to add your own Mozzarella that’s bad and another thing not one of the workers were wearing masks breathing all over the food and to tell the truth the sauce was worse than jar sauce the acid in it was so bad my...

Ordered a grandma pizza, pizza cold then after further eating, dough was stale. It was stale because the square dough was made previously and they just added toppings, sauce and cheese afterwards and baked it. The toppings were easy to be separated from the dough and not really melted on, and for sure not piping hot at all. I called spoke with young kid making pizza or who took my order. He apologized and offered to make me another free of charge. We were so hungry we ate the pizza, but very tough dough. Again, I know pizza, a shortcut was taken to create. Will not go again....
