Subway — Restaurant in Town of Palatine

I have been eating here for a long time, in the last year I have only been more and more disappointed over time. Whoever is in charge of instructing new employees on how to make a sub, need to be re-instructed themselves on how to make a sub. If the bread isn’t cut through all the way by the “artist” a simple rip tear with two hands will do. Don’t expect any order to the chaos that is sandwich art. You day old bread will be split open and the your choice in deli meat will be put on the top side of the sandwich, cheese on bottom. Then vegetable loaded on bottom. None of this makes sense to me as most sandwiches I’ve bought from subway in the past are made very similarly.. in an order of ingredients that is rational to any consumer but also some one with cooking experience. This wouldn’t be too hard to ignore though if the oil and vinegar wasn’t put deliberately underneath all vegetables and meat straight on the bottom of the sandwich. I do not blame the artists behind the counter…, even if they didn’t know if I was charged already or not. I blame your corporate office. Hire a manager and train them to train new employees on how make a proper sammy, for the good of your own company. Your subs are so bad now it fills me with the urge to literally just throw them back at the store. Never wasting...

Ordered my Wrap on the app. My wife picked it up and when I opened it up at home it didn't have the tomato or bacon (paid extra) it was supposed to have. She went back and they remade it via the receipt to ensure they got it right... I got the remade wrap and it still was missing bacon. I then called to see what the issue was and they said I could come back and they would remake it AGAIN. The inconvenience factor has went through the roof. I will no longer have any of my family order from that restaurant again. FACT! Not as long as that incompetent staff are...
