If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would! They made me the wrong drink but I didn’t want to complain because I hate being that person. I realized after I pulled off that I was missing food items as well. I went back and asked for the missing donut, the lady was annoyed. When I told her the type of donut she repeated it to the other person working there. As she hands me the bag I look inside and they gave me the wrong donut. Normally I wouldn’t care but it was for my child. Needless to say I did not go back and tell them because they were not friendly at all even from the moment I got to the drive thru to place the order. I will never come back to...

Pulled in at 630pm on a Saturday evening with one car in front of me and one car behind me. Intentionally drove out of my way to this particular Dunkin because they don't typically get the traffic the others do. Waited 15 min, said Hello, knowing there was a car in front of me that I couldn't see I got out of my car to see if they were still there. They were gone. I saw a worker in the window of the convenient store and asked if they were closed, he said no and went to get the worker, 20 min later I left. The person working was only one deep and apparently decided to just not take orders, will absolutely never go...

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to!! First off they forgot my latte completely, then asked what I was waiting on, my latte. They found it back there because it had apparently been made and forgotten, and they gave it to me cold. We asked for it to be remade and the employees who were making drinks could not stop gossiping and chatting long enough to get it right. It took them 20 minutes to make a latte and pour a black coffee. Ridiculous.

Also adding, when we got to the vehicle and opened our donuts they were covered in black specks, almost like cigarette ash. Cold lattes and dirty...
