Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Parma

I have shopped at this Dunkin Donuts multiple times because it is so close to my home. Admittedly the donuts are ok most of the time if they have not run out of anything (which they frequently do later in the day). Where this location falls so far short is with their breakfast sandwiches. I once stopped into the store (IE not drive through) around 8:30am to pick up breakfast sandwiches for my family and I kid you not, I was told that they were not serving breakfast sandwiches because it was too busy!?!?!?! I was not sure how to reconcile that with any sort of common era business thinking but I left and went somewhere else. I recount that event simply to preface the current encounter I had this morning. I went through the drive through and ordered five breakfast croissants... two with bacon and three with sausage. I get to the window only to be told they only have two croissants left. So I say fine... just give me the balance on English muffins. Nope, they are out of them too. It was 10:00am. So I opted for bagels and we left the drive through. I get home and open the sandwiches and I have to say... I have seen more appetizing things hacked up by my dog. I am not sure why this Dunkin location can't seem to get its quality and presentation in check. If you want donuts they seem to come through 80% of the time as long as it is not too late in the day where their selection gets limited. If you want breakfast sandwiches... maybe try another location or another business. I think the picture...

WORST LOCATION EVER! Everytime I go I have to wait WAY too long and usually my order is wrong. I vowed to never go again but out of desperation I went over the weekend because it is closer to my house. Big mistake once again. Sat in line for 5-10 minutes, then sat at the drive-thru speaker for at least 5 minutes until my order was taken, then sat behind the car in front of me at the window for at least another 5 minutes. Took at least 20 minutes - All for just 2 iced coffee's. I wouldnt have waited so long if my order wasnt already paid for on the app! Clearly the employee was working alone and taking care of one car at a time through the whole process instead of taking multiple orders and letting people pull forward. The line behind me got so backed up that I even saw a lady put it in reverse and drive off. I usually drive out of my way just to go to another Dunkin location since this one is just awful! No one is friendly or seems appreciative or even says thank you!! Even the managers have no customer service skills! 2 words to describe this place is...

Why can’t I give less than 1 star!?!? I have visited this Dunkin Donuts multiple times now and each time they have been rude or my order has been wrong. Today I asked for a small coolata split into two cups. It’s soemthing I’ve asked for many many times as my two little girls can’t finish a small size alone. Each time ask, at other Dunkin’ locations, I have no problem. They happily split the coolata into two coolata cups with whip cream and a flat top so the girls can’t spill it. At this location they gave me attitude when I questioned why they put it into two tiny hot cups with no usable straw lid. She literally would not change it even when I told her how other locations have done it and snottily told me ‘you can use a straw with these’. Btw you can easily use a straw with a hot cup lid and not have a 3yr old spill coolata down the front of her! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! I am tired of paying for attitude! I can get it for free...
