Honestly, I would put a ZERO for stars but I can’t. I’m going to explain why….
So my daughter had been working there for about 3 months. First off there’s this rude chick that pretends to train the new people but DOES NOT TRAIN THEM and instead she straight up lies on them and steals their shifts right out front under them and then doesn’t even have the audacity to call them. So, they come into work basically looking like an idiot and then she says “oh I took that shift, Oops I forgot to call you”! Like what! Yo, at that moment, I wish I had been my daughter because I swear to God I would have said something to that girl but my daughter didn’t say anything but OK thank you you have a nice day. Oh, and on top of that all those employees, literally steal food and drinks!! They touch the food with their bare hands! You got the guy pizza makers in the back flirting with the girls and not doing their job.
Then the best part about all of this is that manager… his name is CRAIG. I can’t believe how seriously rude he is to his employees, curses at the employees, he calls them names and he curses at his employees in the messages. Dude that’s like so freaking unprofessional. Dude didn’t even have the gull to tell my daughter in a message or in person that she was fired. He literally fired my daughter and never even told her she was fired. He just ghosted her and didn’t put her on the schedule for like two weeks and then made it so that she couldn’t even see the schedule anymore and removed her name!
BUT HER NEVER TOLD HER SHE WAS FIRED
So I’m calling my family lawyer about this tomorrow!!! I would really like to hear from the owner Michael Perri!! I can’t even believe that he hires people like this and that he allows his managers to treat underage workers like this. She, my daughter is a minor so that all in its own I’m pretty sure we’re gonna have a field day...
Read moreHad an awful experience tonight. Wanted to order 3 combo meals with mozzarella sticks and was told the grill was closed. I asked, how is that possible. You have your menu board display with all your combo options and now you say I can’t get one? Manager comes out and says they are backed up and it would be over 30 minutes to get anything in the fryer.
Ok, so I order two cheese slice combos with a cookie for my kids and a Buffalo slice and drink for me. I wait 15 minutes for my slices and they give me a cheese and a pepperoni slice. I am adamant that I did not order a pepperoni slice, only to be told by two employees that I did. Let me get this straight, apparently I ordered a pepperoni slice even though for 42 yrs, I have never eaten pepperoni nor do my kids. Staff insisted I ordered pepperoni and then begrudgingly agreed to give me a cheese slice instead. It took them another 10+ minutes to get me another cheese slice and by this time, my kids and I had already finished eating. So I told them that I did not want the slice and would just like a refund.
The counter person then said ok, canceled out my original order and then asked me to pay an additional $17 stating that the original order for $23 is voided, but would not clear my bank for a few days. I expressed that I was not paying an additional $17 even if I was getting my $23 back “in a few days”.
Long story short, staff made a mistake, did not own the mistake, they blamed me, the customer, and then did not do anything to make me feel appreciated or accommodated for my troubles. Read moreHaven't been back in over a year from having numerous bad customer experiences. Thought I would give them another try since they are less than a mile away. Went two days this week to purchase a couple of slices, both times a bad experiences again. Horrible customer service, both times, with no other customers in the store. They don't acknowledge you when you come to the counter to order, you need to ask for help and then wait 20 minutes to get a slice of pre-made pizza. One girl was behind the counter folding shirts, I was completely ignored. Another girl walked by me 3 times before asking if I needed help.The pizza is not even that good. I will never go to this location again. I would rather drive the extra 6 miles and go to a pizza place that serves it customers right and has good pizza.
It is 12/31/2023, So it has been another year since I have gone to Perri's in Spencerport. I received a coupon in the mail for a free slice when you buy a slice, so I decided to try them again, even though I was hesitant. I went there, ordered two slices, presented my coupon and was told by the employee they CAN NOT HONOR MY COUPON because it is New Years Eve Day! WHAT! I was like, your joking, right? NO, no joke, two girls said we can't accept your coupon. Now these are slices that are already made, it is 3 in the afternoon, no other customers were there and they were not that busy because employees were just walking around.
