While selecting my order, I was told the chorizo was still frozen and that I would need to choose something else — no recommendations or apologies, just a “pick something else.” After some consideration, I decided I didn’t want to order anything and would simply try food from the two plates already at our table to see if it was something I liked. This seemed to upset our server for reasons I still don’t understand.
After that, the service completely stopped. No one came to check on our table again. When I ran out of water, I went to the front to ask for a refill. The server ignored me and turned her back without acknowledging me. Another woman at the front said someone would bring water to the table, but it never came.
