ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My chip on my card broke yesterday, so when the OWNER asked me to insert the chip i explained that it had a crack. He snatches it out of my hand and continues to put it in the machine. I continue to explain that it does not work, respectfully. He turns around and says "IT IS NOT MY FAULT IT IS YOUR FAULT!!!!!!". EXCUSE ME? Instead of snatching my damn card out of my hand and listening to me we could've resolved it by using the DD app, but instead he insisted to be rude and yelling at me!
