Old Souls Gelato — Restaurant in Town of Perry

First I most say service was amazing staff was top notch the three separate times. I came to get gelato the staff where super helpful. I am also impressed with how clean it is in there but sadly I must get to why I gave this place two stars. The first time I got gelato I was shocked to find out it was 4 and some change for one scoop. I told myself well let’s try it and find out if it’s worth the money sadly it was not the gelato was icy. I also came back two separate time two make sure it wasn't a bad batch but sadly they where all icy. I hate leaving a bad review on a local small business but hopefully. We went to Old Souls Gelato on 6/30. Just passing through the area on vacation. I asked for the small size cup. The girl behind the counter held up two sizes of scoops. She said one was for the LG and the other was for the SM. So I thought she would use that size scoop to somewhat fill the cup. Nope! I got ONE tiny scoop the size of a mellon ball (smaller than the size of a golf ball) in the bottom of the cup then handed to me. Then she did the same for my son and partner. For the price we were charged it was a complete rip off. Is this really what you get or is the girl behind the counter very confused. What you see in photos is NOT...

Can’t complain about the service nor the products. It was delicious! Portions are very very small, served with a teeny tiny sad little spoon 🥄 and VERY expensive!!! $10 for 2 scoops!!! Might go back if I hit the lottery. Until then I’ll go to Yummies in Warsaw or grab a half...
