Placed a mobile order. Got to the drive thru and there was one truck in front of me. It took a long time to get her order taken. My turn. I roll up to the speaker, and wait.. and wait... still waiting. Finally I say, Hello?. The response i got was, "I will be right with u." So I wait and wait and wait some more. I was ready to cancel my order and leave. After 10 minutes (no exaggeration) I finally hear. "What can i get you" . So I pull around and the truck I front of me still is waiting to get her order. When they give it to her she doesn't leave. Oh they only gave her half her order. Finally my turn. Pull up and I am quickly handed my drink. She shuts the window and walks away.my drink is noticed. All the powder is in a clump at the bottom of the cup. After making another drink she comes back to the window to see why I am still there. I remi d her I had a half dozen donuts. (Mind u I didn't order a random selection. I picked which six I wanted). She throws in 6 random donuts. I am handed the bag and she again walks away. I look and see it is not what I ordered. She comes back and immediately says we are out of the donuts u ordered. (Oh so u just gonna give me some random ones and decide that was good enough) I tell the lady how disappointed I am. That the whole experience was awful. I say I will not be back. Her...
Read moreWent through drive thru this morning and as I’m at the window I need to utilize the restroom for an urgent medical related reason for the record I’m aware doesn’t warrant me to do whatever I please and if I realize now pulling up my car with enough clearance to get around me and retrieve orders through the window was the wrong choice however upon the way I was approached was extremely rude and degrading. I’m in a stall when an employee older woman dark hair enters the restroom screaming at me I need to move immediately and that I’m blocking the drive through which I was not and the door slammed as I’m apologizing barely even dressed and as I am can hear loudly this woman talking rudely about me. Asked for my coffee I payed for already and it was held over my head I could have it if I went and moved my vehicle first so I left and went to McDonald’s instead and unfortunately went back to get the one I ordered here because their espresso machine was down. I was screamed at with no room to even apologize for my inconvenience I was acknowledging nor making excuses for and without disclosing my medical significance you never know what someone’s going through and a reminder accountability can come with kindness. I will never return to this location and pray for the unfortunate woman I had the displeasure of...
Read moreI would usually never feel compelled to write a review for a regular ole' chain establishment like a Dunkin. But this place WAS AMAZING! We stopped in for a coffee driving up from NYC to Montreal. The staff was so insanely nice I didn't know what to do. I tried to remember their names to give them a shout-out here, but unfortunately forgot. This was back in September and it's now February and we still mention every once in a while the random delight that this Dunkin was.
Aside from the awesome people working there, this place is laid out very comfortably with a cozy seating area. I also remember they had a community meeting room in the back, which is a cool idea if people use it.
I believe I had a maple frosted donut, which rocked. It was rainy and dreary outside and we still had a while to drive, and this stop really lifted our spirits. I also work in the service industry, and this was a great reminder for me that you really can have an impact on the people who come in. Hope this didn't come off as corny; I...
