Melt Ice Cream is another amazing business in Phelps! We stumbled across it one night, to find it had just closed, however, the owner was outside cleaning up and asked us if we'd like to come in! We were so excited! She let us sample so many flavors and offered some of the best customer service ever! The owner was extremely personable, and even remembered us the second time we came in. She was more than accommodating with allergy/dietary restrictions and was knowledgeable in her products ingredients so as not to make me sick.
