Mediocre food with abysmal service. I decided to order deliver through the Grubhub app and placed my order an hour and a half before their listed closing time, and I live a mere four miles from the restaurant. Shortly after placing the order I received a call from a woman to clarify the delivery instructions, which were to call upon arrival as I live in a confusing area. The woman informed me that the driver did not speak english, so I told her to call me when he left and I would go to the main road to meet him, she agreed. However, she then had the nerve to say "and next time you need to place your order earlier because we are trying to close." in a very agitated tone. Considering I placed my order an hour and a half before closing and live 10 minutes away, I was shocked. In the past I have ordered and have had locations call saying it is too late for delivery, and that is understandable. However, her disregard for customer service and general human decency was appalling. A little while later I received a call from the same woman (who said she would call when the driver left) yelling that he had been waiting there for 20 minutes (not outside my house but by the main road). Considering how horrible and downright rude the service was, combined with the mediocre at best yet overpriced food, I will never order from this place again. If it was possible I would...

This is a review for a pickup order, I haven't sat down to eat here in years but this place has gone really downhill. The prices charged for this quality of food is absurd. The drunken noodle was basically chow fun with a tangy sauce, and the steamed dumplings are tiny (quarter sized) dough balls with barely any meat. Paid by card, which has a credit card fee (no where does it say that and the cashier didn't tell me that either before I paid)....

For a company located in an upscale town they should be a better at running a restaurant. Paying upwards of $5 dollars for delivery and taking more than 45 minutes to make and deliver is crazy. If you were a good company, you would make a courtesy call and say delivery driver is running late or orders are taking longer. Instead they make people wait and then they have to call in to figure out what’s going on. Do better, I’m done...
