If I could give less than one star, in fact less than zero, I would. I had the worst possible customer service at this Dunkin Donuts and would encourage everyone not to go here at all. First, I waited over 20 minutes on line to order which is unacceptable especially for a rest station dunkin because everyone needs to be places. Second, the cashier got my order wrong and didnt bother to confirm my order which is something you should do if you think you didnt hear the order correctly. I ordered three drinks total, two were black iced coffees and the third was the iced summer batch coffee. When I received my order, all three drinks looked the same. They had the same color and it was really hard to distinguish each drink. So, I asked the worker who gave me the drinks which drink was which. She gave me so much attitude then proceeded to walk away rolling her eyes. This customer service is unacceptable. I understand you may be having a rough day but that is not an excuse to be treating someone in a rude manner. Dunkin please teach your workers good...

The hours where just confirmed 2 weeks ago by the business at the time of this review. I’m a truck driver on a schedule. She would not give me a refund so I was pretty much forced to wait till they “opened” at 5am to get a coffee that takes 30 seconds to make. She then didn’t make it correct, by only putting 4 out of the 6 pumps of caramel that I asked for. I asked her to please add the 2 pumps of caramel, and she told me I would have to pay for the 2 pumps. I told her I already paid for the 2 extra pumps on the app, being as I ordered it online, and the drink is only supposed to come with 4, it says on my receipt “6pumps” and she tried to argue with me. I just left....
Read moreService could be a whole lot better. Kinda tight in a bad way with the customers. I have even seen the staff get into shouting matches with the customers more then once. Unusual for a DD. We frequently stop at this DD and order the dark roast but they never have it and we settle for the regular coffee. Last week we asked a manager why no dark roast (black silk) and he said they only serve dark roast on a holiday but he could not tell me what holidays. Just check your coffee to see if was prepped as ordered. Frequently it is wrong. It seems to me that it is a combination of language, masks, poly carbonate shield and back ground machinery noise that results in wrong orders.
