Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Richland

This place is horrible! When we went there last night on our way to a haunted house we were actually headed to Burger King until we seen little Caesars and decided let's have pizza...wish I went to Burger King instead. The guy taking out order was rude not a customer type person almost like they didn't wanna wait on us.Says only thing we make here is what's on these pictures up here as he points to the menu .then says ohhh and the special with a 4 piece pizza and a soda is only lunch time you don't get the soda and the price is still the same. We ordered sat down there are tables and chairs but no plates I guess so we used napkins and they had a stack of papers that were like place Matt's by register so we used them with napkins on top of them for a plate. Then a lady started to work the counter she wasn't much better had people come in to order she says well your gonna have to wait I'm busy as she was standing there they left instead of ordering..a homeless guy came in looked at the change in his hand and left my friend called him back in and got him a pizza and a drink he sat at ate it and the whole time they were talking about him as we could hear them that was very disrespectful you don't know everyone situation so could be a good reason he was homeless he wasn't dirty or anything and was very polite and ate like he hasnt in months and all they could do was stare and talk ..but didnt notice he was cleaner thwn they guy who waited on us and the lady needs a new shirt it was uo past her belly button..I will NEVER give them my...

I really wish there were negative stars. DO NOT BUY HERE! The $5.55 Hot n Ready is $6.50 and they tack on a 4% "Just Cuz" surcharge. Here you see the corporate pie and the one we received. Horribly undercooked-almost raw. Corporate says going from $5 to $5.55 they added 33% more pepperoni. Avg per pie is now 36-40 slices. The one we got? 9. Oh! And it is in its own smaller box. 30% smaller than normal based on our estimates. We just threw it away. Don't even think about complaining to corporate. THREE separate complaints assured us an owner/manager would reach out within 48 hrs. Nope. Nothing but silence! This is a franchised owned location and NOT corporate and obviously feel like they can set...

Ordered some pizza one just looked like it had sprinkled big pieces of shredded cheese instead of normal cheese. two were really cheesy and the last one was the sauce was cold and it wasn’t cheesy very much. The dough didn’t look like it was fully cooked. Idk didn’t seem to taste that good either. I don’t think I will be returning to this business or any little Caesar’s. Got told because it’s an express so they won’t have any of the specials like the pretzel pizza or anything like that...
