In response to the website menu issues:
The current list is gigantic and you have to scroll for days to find anything. Have you looked at your menu lately on a phone? (Where 99% of people are going to order from.)
I mean this is literally just the top of your menu, it starts randomly with a taco pizza? And then goes through so many different sizes and cuts it’s unreal, with chicken wing pizza thrown in the middle for some reason.
TACO PIZZA 16″ (6 cut)$ 18.99 SPECIALTY PIZZA 24-cut$ 32.99 SPECIALTY PIZZA 20″ (8/12 cut)$ 21.99 SPECIALTY PIZZA 18″ (8-cut)$ 19.99 SPECIALTY PIZZA 16″ (6-cut)$ 18.99 SPECIALTY PIZZA 12-cut$ 21.99 CHICKEN WING PIZZA 12-cut$ 22.99 CHEESE (Red or White) 24-cut$ 25.99 CHEESE (Red or White) 20″ (8/12-cut)$ 15.99 CHEESE (Red or White) 18″ (8-cut)$ 13.99 CHEESE (Red or White) 16″ (6-cut)$ 11.99 CHEESE (Red or White) 12-cut$ 15.99 ADD-A-TOPPING 24-cut$ 3.50 ADD-A-TOPPING 18″ (8-cut)$ 2.50 ADD-A-TOPPING 16″ (6-cut)$ 2.00 ADD-A-TOPPING 12-cut
And that’s condensed with a copy paste... on the site it’s in giant text that makes it overwhelming. Also, directly after this, it goes into specialty pizzas, with their own individual prices, after it just priced every size and cut that you have for specialty pizzas....... yeah.
Here’s your “burgers” section...
Burgers WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO AND CHOICE OF DRESSING
Regular Fries$ 1.50 Double your Burger$ 6.25 add Cheese/Toppings$ 0.50 1/4 LB Angus Beef Burgers$ 4.95 **Check in house for specialty burger selections or create your own
Ok... so add fries for $1.50 I get it. so with that logic, it’s $6.25 to add another burger patty?? no... I’m sure a double is 6.25 total. Add cheese/toppings for .50c... what toppings?Confused yet again.
Look into a drop down menu to separate everything into category’s so people have an easier time navigating everything. Many other places use it and I’m sure you can find good examples with a little research. I’m sure if you make ordering more accessible, you’ll see an increase in...
Read moreI usually get the same thing every time -turkey and provolone sub LTO, banana peppers and oil & vinegar . i started to have to specify no italian dressing, because 50/50 chance they would put italian dressing (which i really dont like) instead of o&v. last time i ordered, with my silly specification i was about halfway into my sub and i was surprised to feel something hard and sharp cutting into my gum, and even more suprised when i opened my sub and it had multiple pieces of this hard inedible black particulate that i still have no idea what it was- and i've literally worked in pizza places, making turkey subs and couldnt identify it. i called back pretty much right away, explained the issue, the girl on the phone didnt know what to say so i just asked that a manager/owner call me back because honestly i just didnt want anyone else to eat something that wasnt edible. no call back. called back again on monday to leave a message hoping that someone would return my call before they got busy in the next week and still no call back. all i can say is that if i owned a restaurant and someone had something that wasnt food, in their food, i would be absolutely mortified and figure out what happened asap. also i used to love the pretzel rolls but the case theyre in is open literally every time i stop in. thats unsanitary especially during cold and flu season. who knows whos coughed or sneezed throughout the day and they are just out...

Let me preface this by saying that we live within walking distance and used to order from here at least once a week. Recently, we have been unhappy on our visits.
On one visit, we ordered hot and mild wings. The wings weren't marked to specify which was hot or mild. The wings were just barely cooked and had a rubbery texture. So disappointed that we ended up just throwing them away.
On a different visit, we ordered Buffalo Chicken Salads, as these are my favorite. Again, we ordered 1 hot and 1 mild. Neither were marked but it should have been no problem because I asked for no olives on the mild and no onion on the hot. Both salads had onions and olives. I always get mild but the buffalo chicken was so hot on both salads that I couldn't even eat it.
It's a shame because the food used to be really good. The last few visits, the food has been subpar and I can't bring myself to keep...
