Curry Freeze — Restaurant in Town of Rotterdam

My daughter dropped her ice cream cone as she was leaving Curry Freeze . Last year at Highbridge ice cream she accidentally did the same thing. The employee at Highbridge ice cream was very kind, told her no worries and gave her a new cone. When she told the women at Curry Freeze what happened the women asked her what she wanted her to do about it. How about not be a rude person to a kid that just dropped her expensive ice cream?? A little kindness goes a long way! I am all about my child accepting personal responsibility and I also understand if it’s a policy to not replace dropped icecream but the employee could have handled the situation totally differently. My child was not being rude, was polite, said please and thank you. She deserved a little more than that employees terribly rude response! I hope this lady does better to someone else’s kid next time they accidentally drop...

I will never ever be back here my daughter and I sat in line for a hour tonight to get ice cream we ran out of the house to make it I left my phone sat in line for a HOUR! To get up front to see I had to call my order in even though at back of building I asked owner if I had to n he said no someone up front to take your order!! I get out tell them I have no phone oh well can’t get ice cream after a hour in line!!! I've been going to Curry Freeze since I was 3., 50 years. I remember it being down the street, a few buildings down, on the same side of the road. I'm very picky about ice cream, well food in general. I have tried soft serve at many different places, in many different states. Curry Freeze will ALWAYS rank in the top spot on my list!
