I have ordered the combo meal 3 times from this location. All 3 times the 2 liter soda was not delivered. I would like to stress I ordered straight from their website and have not used a 3rd party such as door dash or Grubhub. In the past I have not called, but this being the 3rd time my money was taken without receiving what I paid for I had too. My call was immediately met with contempt and I was told it was my responsibility to call door dasher….not because I used them, but because Little Caesar’s contracts with them. I thought this was odd but OK. I call door dasher and they apologized but told me since I did not order through them there was no information to refund me on. Honestly this made complete sense to me so I called Little Caesar back. Rebecca was incredibly rude and hung up on me in mid conversation. I was told she was the manager, but when I called back a very hostile man got on the phone and began yelling at me without even letting me say a word. For this locations sake I hope they have caller ID and are not just screaming at random un-expecting customers. He then hung up on me as well. I called back once more and a very nice man answered the phone. He explained that there was nothing he could do….no refund could be made and that it would cost them money to deliver my already paid for item. I asked him if their policy was to keep my money and while he was trying to explain the more hostile manager grabbed the phone from him and hung up on me for a 3rd time.
My most heart felt recommendation for anyone that has been hit hard by inflation or for those that work hard for their money (everyone) not use this Little Caesar. If they are this hostile to customers and fellow staff they do not deserve your money, nor should they be able...
Read moreThis store has gone to the dumps! When it first opened, and for quite awhile (I am a pizzaholic) The Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lately, I have noticed that they are getting lazy when ordering/picking up. I usually order online, and go through the portal to avoid talking with them. Every order is messed up somehow, but usually just minor issues. This past Saturday however, blows my mind. I ordered through the portal and my friend went to pick it up for me. The staff told her someone just picked it up. Impossible?!! The girl named Latifah told her Manager a guy came to the register but his pizza was in the wrong slot. She told the Manager that the guy verified the name (it shows on the screen) and the code! NO WAY THAT CAN HAPPEN! She outright messed up, lied and tried top cover it up. When I arrived to sort the mess out, I was told the above, and I was upset. They told me they cannot give me a free pizza! I just wanted MY pizza I ordered. I waited over an hour and refused to leave. Finally, the got ahold of some other Manager who told them to give me the "free" pizza so I will leave. Highly unacceptable. No problem, this has happened a couple of times before. I called the store we ordered from and asked to be refunded for the soda. The original person we spoke to was very apologetic and redirected me to their store manager Rebecca. Rebecca told me that it “wasn’t her responsibility” that the “door dasher” (I ordered from the Little Ceasers webesite) “didn’t pick up the soda” and it wasn’t “her responsibility or the stores responsibility” and to request a refund from door dash? So when I asked if it was the customers responsibility to deal with their third party delivery service, she hung up on me.
