Placed online order at 8:30 at night online states that the store is open till 10 (subway website and Google). Got there doors were locked and all lights were off. Employee brings order to the door and it is missing 2 drinks and a 12 count cookie. I alerted the employee and she lied and stated she had cancelled those off the order since they were closed and they didn't have those items. Spent 50 dollars and literally only got half my order. Went in this morning and morning crew took care of the issue but it's definitely weird that the restaurant was 'closed' at 8:30 when the website says store is open till 10 (as well as the sign on the door) and the employees say 9. I arrived at the store and waited at least five minutes, maybe more until someone came out to help. In the meantime, another customer came in. She made the turkey sub, but when I told her tuna, she said they had no tuna. I needed a minute to decide what I wanted. Read moreThis place used to be good but after today I won't ever come back. I went in for a chicken parm sub for my son. The chicken had steak all mixed in with it. The sub makers pink hair was hanging over her face and not pulled back. Just made my stomach turn that they don't make the workers pull their hair back. I worked for this company a few years back and that was an enforced rule. When I asked the girl to get different chicken because the steak was all mixed in she was not friendly about it.
