Maplewood Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Salina

The Maplewood Bar & Grill is a hidden gem adjacent and attached to the Holiday Inn (Previously Maplewood Inn and Suites and the bar was previously called Blue Spruce). It has a comfortable and warm and appealing atmosphere. The Menu is nice and expanding as customer demand increases. The food plates I saw were plated nicely and patrons around me were complimentary. My food was also plated nicely, served hot, and excellent. The servers at the bar on the nights I was there were Patty and Cammi. Both were excellent with terrific personalities.

I will definitely return to this bar/grill whether I stay at this Holiday Inn or another location.

After traveling all day it was nice to get dinner in a nice restaurant attached the hotel that we were staying at. The night we were there there was a cover band playing oldies. They were very good and it was enjoyable listen to them. The seating was comfortable and informal. You just found a spot and sat down. That was really nice after going going going.

I had chicken wings. Which was good, we had three different and my favorite variety was the bourbon variety. That was delicious. This is by far the worst place I have ever ate in my life! We ordered wings and fried raviolis for an appetizer raviolis came out with out salads then the kids meal came out then out 2 delmonico steaks came out 50 mins later still no wings the steaks did not look right and tasted like hamburger meat then 20 mins later the wings came out so over cooked tou couldn't even eat them we switched our steaks out for ny strips and asked for then Togo because it's been almost 2 hours now got in the car and tried the steak and it was gross as well.
