Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Sennett

How does this chipotle get so much wrong as a new facility? It's just such a huge disappointment. I've been to this chipotle 3 times as I was happy auburn was getting one.

I used to stop in the Camillus location on my way home from Syracuse but now with a auburn location I decided to go there.

Every time I've gone to this location a critical ingredient is out. Fajita veggies were out by 6pm often with no plans to replace them when they close at 10, and other staples such as steak were out also. Very often it looks like they only have one person cooking, where you can tell the Camillus location actually has staff and a team cooking

Above all, this location also just gives you less food in general than any other chipotle...

This was my family’s first time here! It was dinner time and their was not one other customer there.. the light outside was off and was dark which was a weird first impression. Walked in and the tables looked so gross.. we got up to the food and I immediately noticed everything in the line looked old & dry.. we gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried it out and It was awful. We spent 50$ and my kids wouldn’t even take a second bite of their food.. my husband and I ate about half of our burrito's and gave up! I hate to complain but this was really a terrible experience, I ordered online pickup , which was pretty promptly made, however the bag looked like it had been thrown when I picked it up (annoying but not a big deal). When I opened the bag the burrito was half undone and the tinfoil didn't even cover it, again annoying but not a huge deal. However, on my first few bites I felt something sharp when I bit down and felt blood in my mouth, and there were sharp bits of bone throughout my chicken burrito. I understand they use chicken thighs so bones are a possibility but overall this was an absolutely awful experience and I wont be dining here again. Go...
