Updated: 4/19/2025 I've been a long time visitor at this KFC, and it's been clear for a long time that things have improved across the board. Under Nicole's management, the place is cleaner, the food is noticeably fresher, and the crew actually seems motivated—which says a lot in fast food.
I see a lot of bogus reviews from people fishing for free food or nitpicking over nonsense. If you’re reading those, take them with a grain of salt. Some folks will complain just to game the system, but the reality is this store has been on point. Orders almost always come out right, service is solid, and it’s obvious there’s pride behind the counter now.
Shout-out to Nicole and the entire team—you're doing a great job. Keep it up.
Updated: 6/17/2024 I've been a regular at this KFC franchise for years, and especially since my last review, I’m happy to report that the quality and service remain top-notch. Every visit is a pleasure thanks to the consistently fresh and delicious food. The staff always greet me with a smile, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Since Nicole became the store manager, the quality has noticeably increased. The overall atmosphere has improved as well – the employees are more relaxed and personable, and the food quality is reliably excellent. Everyone makes mistakes, and no restaurant is perfect. Unfortunately, some people leave harsh reviews out of frustration. However, on the rare occasions when there is an error with an order, the staff are always quick to correct it with friendliness and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience every time. I highly recommend this KFC to anyone looking for great fast food and exceptional service.

First I'll speak on the food here. I'm not sure what happened over the years with the taste and quality but it isn't the same as it once was. The chicken is too salty, mac and cheese has little flavor and potatoes are fairly runny compared to what it used to be.
As far as service, whoever was working on taking orders, and the window seems super stressed out. Normally when a customer gets an order, they check before leaving to be sure they got what they ordered. The woman return to say something about there being a timer (anyone know? Because I can guarantee that folk who don't work there knows what this means🤷🏾♀️ I'm assuming customers only have 0.21 seconds to take their goods and drive off. Only thing was, there was no one behind me.) I asked her about my drink, which I asked for with no ice but the cup was half full. When I asked the woman about it, she filled it. The worker seemed as if she was really stressed out and was rushing too much to make sure the order was fully complete and accurate as she was spilling the drink, which brings me to my next section...
The atmosphere...since I didn't go inside, I'll address something else.
When working customer service, it can be very difficult at times, especially if the customer is a piece of trash. This woman really wasn't too friendly but maybe she was having a bad day, idk. As for the drink being half full, that's probably due to the soda machine being set to do so. Remember, I asked for no ice, which means, it's only an appearance to make the cup seem full with ice. For the timer she began to mention, I honestly have no clue what she was talking about. This visit made me feel like I was bothering someone to fill an order, which coincidentally, is what they are paid to do. At the end of the order, I told the woman that I hope her night got better because she seemed like she was going through it.
I'd recommend this KFC if you are okay with how the food tastes and the lack of customer...

Something doesn't agree with my stomach... perhaps it's just the grease content.
The last time I was there, was not my choice, but I went anyhow to please everyone else. We used the drive thru as the lobby was locked.
The employee at the drive thru window was rude, evidently because we were there about an hour before close.
One item that was ordered took 9 minutes to cook, which he made sure we knew about. Obviously because nobody wanted to cook it. He even went so far as to slam the drive through window on us after asking us to pull forward from the window because we were apparently being timed on the order and our vehicle sitting on the pad was making their scores look bad.
You could hear the manager and the other person complaining about having to cook the 9 minute chicken wings and using foul language through the closed window.
It will be a never go back situation from this point forward.
The usual complaints I hear about the place (which of course are hearsay) are about the aloofness of the staff, slowness of food preparation, and quality of the food.
Nothing special. And I mean that in terms of KFC's all over.
