My friend took me out to dinner here to Brio's I have never been to this place before. He was shock at the horrible service we received. He said he has been to this place many times with his own family and enjoyed it and the service was great. We recieved our wings first and I only took one bite then they slapped our meals on the table on paper plates and the food was warm and the gravy on my roast was lukewarm. When we got the wings and salad we only got one plastic fork. When my friend asked for another fork we got an additude the waiter says " you need another one ?" "Well, yes! There are two of us sitting at this table." We never got ketchup, salt, pepper, straws for our ice tea or sugar for our tea that we asked for. We didnt eat our wings because our main meal was getting cold. I ate one wing. My friend had to get up 3 times go across the room to ask for stuff. Not one waitress came to our table to ask if we needed anything. It was worse dining experience and my friend spent a lot of money for me to have a good time on my Birthday. He was so upset apologizing to me. We could of had a better time at McDonalds. We left and went to a diner for coffee and desert and had the best time and was treated very well. Again it was horrible and deserves no stars. We get that there are adjustments due to the the covid but treating your customers poorly is not one of them . We eat out for the experience of being waited on and receiving at hot meal that we paid for. .which we got neither.
