Cusimano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Shelby

So I placed an online order tonight for a supreme pizza with pepperoni ham bacon and onions only asked for square cut no Italian sausage and square cut. Even specified square cut a second time. Get the pizza and looking it over it's not square cut and there was Italian sausage on at least on 2 slices. I asked the girl that brought it to me if that was in fact sausage and that it wasn't square cut she said I don't believe it said no sausage but when she checked... it did say no sausage so she offered to remake it real quick. Ten minutes later new pizza. I verified square cut not thinking it would have the sausage after it being remade. Get it home and open it up... Sausage everywhere so my wife calls politely and asks to speak to the manager. Ends up he's the owners brother and very rude saying there's no sausage and he's looking at it come show him the sausage so we drive back up and on the way back I gave a detailed location on the pizza that the sausage was at to the wife. Surprise when we arrive and he shows us the pizza he conveniently threw those two slices in the garage that I told my wife it was on. Claims he cancelled the charge to my card and was extremely rude. Ordered pizza for delivery. I was told it would be there in 45 minutes. An hour passes so we give them a call. We were told the driver was lost it would be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes pass and we call them again. They informed us the driver was 2 minutes out. 10 minutes pass and still nothing. We called back.. they said the food was now back at the shop, wouldn’t give us their name or let us speak to a manager and then they hung up on us. We call again and they keep hanging up on us. We have ordered from cusimanos for years, but waiting two hours, never even getting our pizza and dealing with the most rude employees ever we will not ever order from there again. Before opening multiple locations make sure you have enough competent staff to run the original location.

This is an edit because what you replied is completely inaccurate! This was a two hour process, we have the phone calls to prove it. And no one called us to see if we wanted the pizza still! Every time I called up until the hour and a half mark I was super nice, not yelling!! And we did not request our order to be free, we asked for a discount after waiting an hour and a half which we were told no. If you are going to reply to a review get your information correct first! I tried more than once to order from this place and each time, the chicken wings came undone. I even requested that this order be done 'crispy' which they said was a 25 minute cook. They were soggy and not crispy. I am starting to realize that maybe this is how people in Medina like their food. Maybe people in Medina like overpaying for lower quality because it is the same theme across the board. Customer service, anyone? The owner offered me a refund until I said I was leaving a review. He then said "okay if you are leaving a review, I will not be giving you a refund" --- That is fine with me. I would rather let people know to not waste their time. They also delivered the wrong food, so this was a 2 hour wait for food that was not done. Lovely. Maybe one day people will stop giving their money to places like this. Maybe that will make these places do better. Maybe it will make them care more. Wake up, Medina is not the only place in the world. These businesses act the way they do because...
