Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Shelby

This place is really hit or miss.. although lately it's been more of a miss. I always stop here on my way to work and lately they've been either sold out of stuff or what I do order is made wrong. Example: today I stopped and ordered an iced matcha latte and an energy punch. I was told "we don't have those" to the energy punch... which 1- its on their menu and online ordering and 2- I go there pretty hard every day and order one. But I was desperate for caffeine so I order a frozen coffee instead , to which I am told "we can't do frozen coffees". Okayyy.. so I ask about the spark'd energy drinks, intending to order the berry one and they say they only have the orange one, which honestly tastes like garbage. So I settle with just the iced matcha latte. I get to the window and she hands me my drink and it was a cup of foam... no ice, no liquid, just frothy matcha foam. Quite often I get like 1/4-1/2 a cup of foam but this was the first time getting an entire cup of foam... with no Ice even! like I paid $5 for that. I was super disappointed, like how do you think it is okay to serve...

I pulled thru the drive thru at 1 36 pm, i ordered a large toasted almond coffee extra cream extra sugar. They asked if i would pull around for the total... no problem. I waited, i waited, i waited, behind 2 cars. 3 cars behind me, i was pretty pinned as i drive an oversized vehicle, i get to the window and the young man says " whatcha order"? Really? I gave him my order and rang me out, at this time it is 1:53, i was annoyed but really wanted my coffee for my 12 hour shift ahead of me. I see bo him prepare my cream, sugar, and flavor shots, walks over to the coffee maker and noticed it was empty and beGAN to BREW more, REALLY! LIKE HE COULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES IN LINE! My coffee finally comes and i storm off trying to make it to work on time and it was by far the worst coffee I've had from dunkin. I can't say all dunkins are terrible but that one was horrible. They make the dunkin name shameful. I wish i could take away that 1 star because it forcing me to be dishonest with my...

Closes earlier than Tim Hortons and would get more service if they closed later. I serve the customers from Dunkin because they always say Dunkin is closed or they have the worst service. Get it to get together, if America runs on Dunkin, make yourself proud to work there.

The absolute worst place ever, the drinks I always get are nasty and my bagel bites were very disappointing. I will never be coming back here again. Never waste your time for here. Whoever they have working are the worst. I can't even imagine what your kitchen looks like.

Also not to mention...but I will..my girlfriend had order a matcha latte and a monster drink with coconut, they responded they had no monster so she's okay with just the matcha, they INSTEAD.Proceeded to tell her we are actually out of the matcha and MADE HER PAY for BOTH monster drinks, that is very unprofessional. Take off the matcha and only charge for ONE DRINK. So she bought an extra drink she didn't...
