One of the hardest things about moving from Queens to Long Island was having to say good-bye to my beloved pizza parlor of thirty plus years. But then I found this gem of a place. I have been enjoying their pizza for years now and just recently began using them to cater food for my church and for personal events such as my son's recent graduation party. Tony the owner sat down with me and went over all the details. He helped me with choices offering his guidance on what to order and how much to order. As he explained it "you want enough food for people to be able to eat and then pick throughout the evening". And he was right! I told him the number of guests I would be having and put it in his hands, and he gave me just the right amount of food to last into the night with almost no leftovers to clean up! Perfect!!!! And yes, it was delivered on time, and piping hot. The compliments regarding how delicious everything was kept coming, as everyone asked where I got the delicious food. I highly recommend Ciro's. They are the best of the best. Thank you, Tony and Sal, for making my son's party one to remember and for making my...

Not only is this the best tasting pizza I have had in years, outside of Manhattan, but the owners are incredibly nice and always have the most fresh pizza and other types of Italian food. If you place an order over the phone, they tell you the exact time to be there so your food is fresh and hot out of the oven when you arrive. I am partial to their regular cheese pizza, which has a delightfully crispy crust, well seasoned sauce and just the right amount of cheese. I also highly recommend their garlic knots, but have loved everything I have tried; from the different varieties of their pizzas, to their sandwiches, subs and salads. One of my favorite parts of going is walking into Ciro's pizza is being treated not only by the friendly, but businesslike owners and their employees, but also inhaling all of the delectable fragrances that immediately makes my mouth start to water. I highly recommend going for either a quick lunch, or to stop in to bring home a treat for a leisurely dinner. I hope you enjoy it as...

I grew up across the street from Ciro's and had the pleasure of ordering from them weekly for almost 20 years. Every pizza since has been compared to Ciro's.

The staff has always been personable and fun, making it enjoyable to stand by the counter and watch them make the pies.

Don't forget to add some garlic knots, a meatball parm hero and a sausage, peppers and onions hero to your order. The leftovers are just as delicious as they are the day they make them.

My parents and I still talk about the perfect crust, flavor and quality of both the round cheese pie and the Sicilian. You can't go wrong with ordering from Ciro's but beware, you won't enjoy pizza from anywhere else the same way again.

I hate that we moved away, but you can bet anytime we're on Long Island, we're coming...

We ordered and picked up from Ciro’s tonight, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. The Buffalo slices had no Buffalo sauce and I’ve never had a greasier grandma slice in my life. Overall, the pizza tasted similar to dominos. For the amount that we spent, I was expecting so much more. The owner was incredibly rude to not only my husband, but also his delivery driver. Their pizza boxes bear the “best of Long Island” logo, but when you look closely you see that the award is from 2011. It’s disheartening that a business that was highly recommended close to 15 years ago no longer puts effort into their product or customer service. Save yourself time, money, and heartburn by going to another local pizzeria.

Found this place on Reddit as the go-to spot while staying in Commack. I must confirm that this pizza is legit! I ordered 2 slices with 4 toppings each, one grandma slice and a pepperoni roll ($22 and change-not bad). Everything was delicious, but the grandma slice was extra special even though it was just plain cheese. Didn’t make it to the picture but trust me and the other reviews-you’ll want at least a slice of grandma with whatever you order. And, nobody can accuse this place of skimping on the toppings (see picture) Wow! Simply delicious and the service was friendly even with my slightly custom order.

Stopped in for some slices with my daughter. Couple of Sicilian’s and regular slices. The Sicilian was thinner than what I am accustomed to but crisp & delightful especially on a hotter day. The regular slices my daughter had were also very good and seemed to be generous in size. Not much of an atmosphere but it’s a take out pizza place that you’d remember from when you were growing up. If the slices are great nobody cares how the interior looks… in fact , it’s almost more welcoming than some newer trendy place knowing you’re probably going to have that old school expertise.
