Verizon — Local services in Town of Smithtown

i moved my companies wireless phone lines back in November. i went to the verizon store located at 534 NY-111, Hauppauge, NY 11788. I was attended by a Representative by the name of Nick. i was offered the promotion to get iphones on verizon with a tradin. we did just that and were put in respective plans. phones were given to Mr. Nick and his team. a month after , he claimed that verizon had taken my account out of promotion, and that he would take care of it. in January he completely stopped assisting. since January i have been calling every single month to get my bill fixed and credits applied. being offered new ticket numbers, account suppressions & promises that account with be fixed. i have made all my monthly payments in accordance to the verizon rep i spoke to in January and have not missed any payments. My bill is now reflecting over $3k which o owe non of. My account has been suspended once again and i have called verizon wireless 3 times today with no help what so ever. we need to find a way to make these companies more accountable. i have text and pictures to prove my case, yet no one is...

Terrible. We upgraded our entire system and the tech left us without internet. Everything was working fine for 1/2 hour except our phone. Verizon fixed the phone and then our internet went out. Tech reported that when they fixed the phone, they somehow deleted all of our data, and then there was the infamous power outage. This was 10am this morning and still have no internet. Our network isn’t even showing up at all. No one cares we still have no service after a huge upgrade. Now I have another tech coming tomorrow and it might somehow cost me money?? How does that work? Beyond disappointed. What kind of customer service is this? And I had to call the tech, no one scheduled it for me. They just left us...

Fantastic. Rob helped me on a walk-in on July 4th for an emergency setup at a new apartment. He was patient, cooperative and incredibly helpful. Out of multiple stores that I have been to (Jericho, Huntington, Syosset, Plainview, Garden City, and Massapequa) Rob at the Hauppauge store was the only one able to properly assist me. I have spent the entire day running around speaking to employees who did not understand my requests and were not able to help. Rob has been amazing. A huge breath of fresh air.
