Hampton Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I had a wonderful experience at Hampton Coffee Company on my way home from East Hampton yesterday. My girlfriend and I were waiting for our drinks and were eyeing the roaster machine in the back through the closed glass doors. The manager must have seen us and was kind enough to give us a mini-tour of the machine and afterwards share some personal thoughts on some of the different roasts they serve. I am a huge coffee nerd myself and it was really great getting to chat with another coffee aficionado. You could really see his passion for the craft coming through in our conversation. I can't wait to make a trip back to HCC on my next trip to the Hamptons and try some of their other drinks. Thanks for the great experience! One of the nicest coffee shops I've ever been in. The smoothes are ok. I figured I'd try their daily special the other day( No prices listed ) the specials sound really good there So I decided to get the lobster taco the other morning and it wasn't very good at all! and it was 36$ for the lobster tacos and a coco-loco Way over priced! So I figured I'd try it again this morning hoping maybe it was just me so I ordered my coco-loco and the special:Oasis grilled chicken wrap( No prices listed) I guess you should ask before you order. the wrap was terrible! 90% spinach and greens a big glob of goat cheese and like two thinly sliced pieces of chicken I think lol and that cost me 25$ way over priced!!! Makes me sad to write this because I usually love this place. I went to Hampton Coffee in Southampton with my friends this morning. I walked up and the lady talking to me was immediately rude even though I greeted her with kindness. I ordered a large iced coffee with 4 pumps caramel and oat milk. She told me I needed to put in my own milk, which 1. I have never had to do and 2. she put in a special request to leave room for milk, meaning that it’s usually a request not a protocol. I then asked for a wrap in which they gave me a wrap that wasn’t even the size of my hand, I am 5’2. I am just very disappointed in my experience, especially for 17$.
