Fresco Pizza & Deli — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

The food is amazing a little overpriced but that comes with the territory of the Hampton’s. I would normally give 5 stars, But I got a bad taste in my mouth for the first time and it wasn’t the food. I ordered two of the same item one with an addition of extra toppings I then went over it with the woman who took my order (on the phone) went picked up my food I even asked the girl at the counter if she knew which sandwich had the extra toppings she didn’t know and it wasn’t labeled either. brought it all the way back to my job (which isn’t far) opened it up and one was correct the other completely different sandwich now I was a little annoyed but working in the customer service industry I know mistakes happen so I went back explaining that my order was incorrect I was met by a vile woman who gave me nasty looks and an attitude saying I ordered that meal and I politely said no and was met with a nasty tone saying yes I did. so i calmly responded and said look I just want my sandwich can you please make it for me. So after her little hissy fit she gave me my order which by the way was delicious I’m in no way mocking the food but the service is why you’re getting one star hopefully you’ll have your staff change their attitude and greet a customer who wasn’t hostile or rude with an apology and fix the issue instead of telling them they’re wrong and handle the situation a little better I hope that is not a manager and just an employee bc that would be bad. Just to show how nasty this woman was for no apparent reason I’d rather hangout with my ex wife then speak to that woman again (ps) I never write reviews and this made me go out of my way to write one so yea change that and you’ll...

I thought place was super nice not from this area, food was great people serving me food were very nice as well. But I was so so disappointed by the guy in the front. This is a place where you’re aloud to sit down and eat food outside, after my food I asked if I can use the restroom to wash my hands he boldly told me no. That there’s “no restroom” absolutely disgusted. Of course there is a rest room, I had to drive 20 mins away to a public one just to wash my hands.. for me that was enough to really ruin my experience. Went in this morning to grab a couple rolls and a few chocolate milks for my sons. When I get to the counter to pay I see that the lady is ringing me up for buttered rolls, I told her that they were just plain and she replied, very nasty that it didn't matter. Ok I let that go. When the total came up it was $30.11 for 9 plain rolls and 4 Nesquicks. I asked if that was right and she said (nasty again) "yes like I said it didn't matter if they are plain or buttered". Wasn't my question but whatever. With prices like that i don't foresee myself ever going back. Don't get me wrong the food looks delicious, but nasty attitudes and over pricing kills...
