Tiki Joe’s Meschutt — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I had my engagement party here, it was about 100 people and it was absolutely amazing. I don’t think it could have been better. I had tables set up under the canopy that was taped off for only my guests and a blocked off a section at the bar because I had an open bar for everyone. The people that set up and served food and drinks were outstanding. The food was delicious. The live band was awesome. The view was beautiful. Anyone that’s ever been to this beach knows how awesome it is. I’ve been here a couple of times and have always had a great time and that’s why I wanted to have my engagement party here. Thank you Meschutt Beach you’ve made a very memorable day for my fiancé and I. plus all the family and friends that have never been there before who said they will come back to this beach because of what an absolutely awesome time we all had dancing, drinking, eating and watching the sunset at that beautiful beach....

Food?... decent. Service?... nice young people behind the counter, meant well. Here goes my rant on this place. Today is Saturday, August 23rd and its a beautiful, Sunny Saturday in the early 80's. They are out of shrimp!!?!?!! They do not have any FORKS!!?!?!! Oh, and no (or only one small package) tarter sauce. I hope the owner or manager sees this cause someone in your organization dropped the ball big time. Ya'll must be joking! I hate to deter anyone from coming here because it is beautiful and all of the people were nice but even the employees agreed it's a shame. I realize small stuff to complain about but as a business owner myself... if this were my place someone is looking for a new job over this. Okay, rant over. Couldn't help...

Great atmosphere! I am a local born and raised in east Quogue. Have been coming beee my entire life, and now I bring my 2 kids!!! Yvonne is absolutely amazing! She is the manager on site and ensures that everyone is having a good time, the food is made how you like it and just amazing with the kids and people!!! She is attentive and is always willing to help! The bartenders are also awesome! They make killer drinks and bring a smile to your face!!! If you’re looking for a family friendly spot this is the place to be!!! Music most nights and overall upbeat and fun atmosphere!!! I highly recommend this spot for your beach days or even private...
