Meschutt Beach Hut — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

I had met with Rob on July 6th and made arrangements for a family party for July 18th. I was sorely disappointed in how poorly we were treated when we arrived. Rob's fiancé met us with hostility and even refused to put our pre-planned ice cream cake dessert in the freezer. When I explained that I met with Rob and made arrangements Rob was there but would not get involved and clarify the situation. To top off the unprofessional experience we received a bill, not itemized that one could check for accuracy, but rather what seemed like made up numbers. This is actually called Tiki Joe's, it stopped being the Beach Hutt a few years back. Google, if you are reading this, please update your map. It's a great addition to a beautiful beach. Tiki Joe's has a restaurant, ice cream stand, beach shop, bar and live bands at night. There is plenty of seating and parking but you need to pay to park if you come before 5 pm during the summer. The only down side are the bathrooms. Only 2 stalls and one sink for the women, which is challenging for a place with a bar! Otherwise I would...

We Love Love Love Meschutt Beach. Our sons are 26 & 36 & we hve come here with our sons since they were young boys. This place has grown so much from a sand filled area to a cemented area with music, food,outside bar, dancing all the way to the evening hours! This is why we travel from the Bronx so relaxing. The Ocean side is fun also just be careful with the waves & water. Just to mention but not beat up...Food is not the same...Last years food selection needed some help...The burger was good but other things are not that...
