Whitney's Delicatessen — Restaurant in Town of Southampton

Went in for breakfast while my wife was at the Dr. Was greeted by a very nice guy behind the counter. Not sure if he is the owner, manager, or just an employee but he was super friendly. I am huge stickler for service. Smiled, suggested add-ons, asked how my day was. Great customer service. I was in the food industry a long time as an operations manager and this deli has it going good for themselves

The food was also very good. The case looked clean and well stocked. Good looking sandwiches and lunch options. The price is a bit high but that's the direction food is going on long island. He is comparably priced to other local delis but in my opinion far surpasses them with great service and good food. I will definitely...

Ordered an egg sandwich. Eggs came out differently then ordered and Roll was hard as rock on a Wednesday morning at 7am. Come on you knew the roll was hard. Don’t be cheap your sandwich wasn’t. Ok!!!! Soooo I seen your review to my post. Thats fine i’ll never go back. The roll was stale definitely. I went to social media to review your horrible establishment because you seemed agitated and it wasn’t worth the argument. I see your response here I made the correct decision. No sense dealing with horrible business folks. You don’t like it remove your business off of here. Or do the public a favor and shut the doors. I’d Rather go to 7-11 for a fake sandwich....

Just go to Country Heroes down the road. Better and more food for much less. I was gunna give the food two stars but I changed it to one because it's already not sitting right. You don't even get a side salad. I paid $18 for microwaved chicken cutlets on a stale roll. It was half packed up by some older gent and most of the sandwich fell apart in the bag. If you like playing with LEGO's then this is the place for you since you can have fun putting your sandwich back together when you go to eat it. Anything in Westhampton is going to be pricey no matter what but there are much better places in the area that give you more bang...
