Five Brothers Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

If I could give a negative star I absolutely would. We live about a few minutes away from this pizzeria so obviously we have done a lot of business with the old owners (who were fantastic) and also business with these new owners. We have given them several chances but tonight was the LAST straw. As a side note before I get into what happened tonight, this is what has happened in the past; wrong food, completely messed up food such as pasta not properly enclosed in its dish so its all over the bag, unprofessional attitude over the phone, 1 hour late deliveries when they say 20-30 minutes, the list goes on. So, tonight, we ordered from them giving them one last chance and my GOD are we DONE. We ordered tonight a pie now my family and I totally understand that its the day after Christmas we doubt that anybody would be cooking today, however don't say about 30 minutes maybe less when it took you over an hour to get here, okay? Next, our pies had NO toppings that we asked for on it but did we get charged for it? Of course we did. Now my stomach for some reason almost always hurts after eating their pizza for strange reason so I don't eat a lot of it but today I did not eat any of it due to the fact that it had some strange strange taste to it almost fishy-esque. My brother on the other hand did not encounter the joy of the fishy taste however he did find a nice piece of hair and a horrible stomach ache to match. Why didn't we call them to complain? We are TIRED of complaining! They NEVER do anything to compensate for the screw ups nor anything to make the situation better. It's so sad to know that the pizzeria that we have used since I was young has been left in a new name with horrible quality. You just...

Avoid this place at all costs. I got completely scammed. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. My wife and I placed a prepaid online order and scheduled a pickup—only to arrive and find the restaurant completely shut down. No sign explaining the situation, no notice, no answered telephone, no nothing. Their website is still live and actively taking orders and money, even though the place isn’t even operating. This is a total scam. They continue to be live on third-party apps like TooGoodToGo.

UPDATE: The excuse you see them give is totally unacceptable. “I wasn’t actually charged”. OK, so my time and inconvenience means absolutely nothing to them. What about my 40 minute round-trip? Since the new owner took over the Five Brother's pizza shop, the guys are so friendly and nice. Not only their pizza but also the Buffalo wings, tasty garlic knots, pepperoni rolls, fried ravioli, and many more. They are so darn delicious!!! I have been going to his shop to sit down and eat because we feel so welcomed, even my daughter asks me let's go to Five Brother's ever since they took over because she loves seeing and greeting the guys. Their sauce is so slamming!!! You should try this place! You won't be disappointed! Once you try this place, spread your word to the community.
